Telangana BRS condemns criminal case against MLA Kaushik Reddy, who was booked under section 221 and 126(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act for obstructing officials during a Zilla Parishad meeting. BRS working president, KT Rama Rao, accused the Congress government of implicating public representatives in false cases for questioning their actions. The BRS leader claimed that the party will not be intimidated by such tactics and questioned if it was a crime to raise people's issues during the Zilla Parishad meeting.
