Three people were killed in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 33 in Big Lakes County, Alberta, on June 29. A Cadillac Escalade crossed the centre line, colliding with a Toyota 4Runner. One person from the Toyota was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The three deceased individuals were tentatively identified as a Whitecourt resident, a Yellowhead County resident, and a New Brunswick resident.
