Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond launched an airline complaint form for residents to report flight issues such as disruptions, refunds, and lost luggage. He works with Congress for air traveler protections and signed a memorandum with the U.S. Department of Transportation, allowing his office to review and resolve airline consumer complaints. The two-year agreement with the DOT may be extended in intervals.
