12-18 month-old toddler found wandering in the middle of the road in Llanfoist, Abergavenny, after escaping unnoticed from Tiny Tots Llanfoist Nursery. The child was returned to the nursery by one of the drivers who found him. Monmouthshire County Council is now in talks with the nursery, care inspectors, and the council to prevent a similar incident from occurring in the future.
