Melissa Etheridge has revealed that the late David Crosby was a sperm donor for her and her former partner Julie Cypher, and that he helped other families too. Etheridge stated that the situation was special for her and Cypher because Cypher had been adopted and wanted her children to know their biological father. Crosby, who passed away in January 2023, was the biological father of two of Etheridge's four children.
