Japanese restaurant Nobu to open first Canadian location in Toronto's Nobu Hotel in August.
Nobu, the acclaimed Japanese restaurant, will open its first Canadian location in Toronto this August, as part of the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences project at 15-35 Mercer Street. The 10,000-square-foot, two-level space will offer classic Nobu dishes and new menu items inspired by Toronto's multicultural food scene. The Nobu Hotel Toronto is expected to open in spring 2025.
