India's Rajya Sabha witnessed an opposition walkout during PM Narendra Modi's speech, in response to Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge being denied the chance to speak. Kharge accused PM Modi of lying about the BJP-RSS opposing the Indian Constitution and cited an article from the RSS's Organiser magazine from 1949 as evidence. Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar criticized the opposition's walkout, calling it a "dangerous precedent antithetical to democratic values."
