Former CBS anchor Jeff Vaughn sued CBS and its parent company Paramount Global for $5M, alleging discrimination, claiming policies to increase diversity favored hiring certain groups and led to the firing or refusal to hire older, white, heterosexual males. Vaughn, represented by America First Legal, alleges he was "excluded and ostracized" and replaced by younger, minority news anchors.
