BC RCMP seek arson suspect whose pants caught fire during an attempted arson at a Richmond business in April. Surveillance footage showed two masked men, one of whom had his pants ignite while setting an object on fire. Despite efforts to extinguish the flames, the suspect's mask came off, and his pants continued to burn. The suspect is described as a white man, 40 to 50 years old, with a medium build.
