3 arrested in ongoing investigation of scandal-hit Legacy Funeral Directors in Hull. A 54-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of money laundering, a 46-year-old man on suspicion of theft, making or supplying articles for use in frauds, and offences under the Financial Services Act, and a 23-year-old woman remains on police bail. The Humberside Police probe was initiated after concerns were raised about the care of the deceased at the funeral home.
