53-year-old Christopher Bell, who killed his workmate George Tereva by running him over with a bobcat while intoxicated, has been sentenced to seven years in prison. Bell admitted to manslaughter by criminal negligence and could be released in as little as four years, as he will be eligible for parole after serving four years and has already spent nearly a year in custody. The incident occurred at a Melbourne worksite in September 2022.
