South Korean robot administrator from Gumi City Council ends its "life" by falling down stairs; investigation ongoing.

A South Korean robot administrator, in service since August 2023, ended its "life" by throwing itself down a flight of stairs. The Bear Robotics device provided information and delivered documents. The Gumi City Council, where the robot was a part of the mayor's office, is not currently planning to hire another robot. An ongoing investigation is being conducted into the incident.
