Olathe police are investigating a homicide after a woman was discovered unresponsive with significant injuries in a home on Saturday evening. A 40-year-old man, who is a relative of the victim, has been taken into custody and placed on a 48-hour investigative hold. Authorities have stated that public safety is not at risk and all involved parties have been contacted.
