24-year-old Jackson, NJ man, Jeysson Ariel Osorio-Reyes, drowned while swimming in Delaware River near Milford Beach, Pennsylvania on Saturday. He was last seen around 3:15 pm, 75 yards from the shoreline. Search crews including divers, volunteers, and NPS rangers found his body at 7 pm. No lifeguards are present at the three beaches in Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, including Milford Beach.
