30-year-old disqualified driver Edward Carty admitted causing the death of 32-year-old Rebecca Tasker by dangerous driving when he fell asleep at the wheel on a 14-hour journey. The crash occurred on the A90 in Perthshire, killing Tasker and leaving her two children unharmed. Carty's friend, Lucas Hollings, was also uninjured. Carty will be sentenced in August at the High Court in Edinburgh.
