16-year-old critically injured in electric scooter collision with HPD car in Houston.
16-year-old critically injured after electric scooter collision with Houston Police Department car. The teen was on an electric scooter when he crashed into an HPD patrol car with a green light at the intersection of Crawford & Rusk in downtown Houston on June 29, 2024. The impact caused the scooter to be dragged and the teen to be thrown over the hood. The teenager was transported in critical condition to a local trauma center.
