75-year-old Australian music icon John Farnham celebrated his birthday with his family, including wife Jillian Billman and son Robert Farnham. Farnham announced in August 2022 that he was cancer-free after a tumor was removed from his mouth during a 12-hour surgery. Despite making few public appearances, photos were shared on Instagram of the family celebrating Farnham's birthday at an outdoor restaurant.
