Vermont State Police seek public help to locate Andrew Brace, a suspect who fled from emergency crews after an overdose incident. Brace crashed into a car on Tilton Rd, Washington, nearly hitting a police vehicle before driving away towards Barre. The 39-year-old St. Albans resident is wanted for additional charges following a similar incident earlier in June. Brace is driving a dark blue Genesis G80.
