National average gasoline prices rose 5.0 cents per gallon to $3.46, with diesel prices at $3.77 per gallon. Prices are 7.2 cents lower than a month ago and 1.8 cents higher than a year ago in West Virginia, and 10.9 cents lower than a month ago in Virginia.
