The University of Newcastle is hosting a free, two-day creative arts workshop for teenagers aged 14-17 in Muswellbrook on July 15-16. Funded by the Australian Research Council, the workshop aims to capture young people's perspectives on the future of the Hunter Valley, particularly imagining the Upper Hunter post-mining landscape. Activities include drawing, painting, sculpture, songwriting, and video making, and the event takes place from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Upper Hunter UON campus.
