A massive sinkhole formed in Ahmedabad's Shela area after a portion of a road caved in during heavy rainfall. A visual on social media shows the road caving in with water flowing into the large cavity. Heavy rainfall led to waterlogging in several parts of Ahmedabad city and uprooted trees in KK Nagar, causing damage to two cars. Recent satellite imagery indicates the possibility of light to moderate rainfall at many locations.
