Romanian healthcare network MedLife has acquired the Antares Clinic Group, a leading provider of private medical services in the Moldavia region. The acquisition strengthens MedLife's presence in Moldova and expands their services to include outpatient care, laboratory services, and more. The Antares Clinic Group includes three large outpatient units and two laboratories located in Piatra Neamț, Botoșani, and Onești.
