Stock futures rose overnight ahead of Wall Street's second half in 2024, with the Dow Jones futures up 55 points (0.1%), S&P 500 futures up 0.2%, and Nasdaq-100 futures also up 0.2%. The S&P 500 experienced a 14.5% gain, Nasdaq Composite 18.1%, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average underperformed with a 3.8% increase in the second quarter. For the quarter, the S&P and Nasdaq added 3.9% and 8.3% respectively, while the Dow lost 1.7%.
