Proterra Investment Partners plans to sell its One Tree Agriculture portfolio, covering 58,305 acres across three key production zones in Australia, for over $250 million. The portfolio consists of 21 properties, including the North Star aggregation in northern NSW, Umbercollie near Goondiwindi, and Jandowae on the Darling Downs. Over 92% of the land is arable. Expressions of interest close on August 14.
