Malaysia's Sabah state signs agreement with Gibson Shipbrokers to develop Sipitang Oil & Gas Industrial Park oil & gas facilities.

Malaysia's Sabah state has signed an agreement with London-based Gibson Shipbrokers to develop oil and gas facilities at the Sipitang Oil and Gas Industrial Park. The project includes building a jetty, onshore hydrocarbon storage terminals, a floating power plant, and is considering LNG bunkering, handling, and refilling facilities. A feasibility study is underway, with completion scheduled for early July 2024.
