India has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into glass fibre imports from China, Thailand, and Bahrain, following a complaint from domestic company Owens-Corning (India). The probe, conducted by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies, aims to protect the domestic glass fibre industry from cheap foreign imports. If confirmed, anti-dumping duties can be imposed on the imports from the mentioned countries.
