Groupe Casino agrees to sell €200M+ of real estate assets to Tikehau Capital in H2 2024, involving 30 hypermarket & supermarket premises leased to Casino, Intermarché, Carrefour, and Auchan. Tikehau Capital will pay in installments, with the first payment in 2024 and future earnouts. Groupe Casino will manage the portfolio for 5 years and reduce its financial debt to Quatrim's bondholders.
