Ghana's National Association of Small-Scale Miners sues three former members for GH₵1.5m defamation, seeking apology, damages, and court order.

Ghana's National Association of Small-Scale Miners (GNASSM) has filed a GH₵1.5 million defamation lawsuit against three former members, Philip K. Bawah, Daniel Kwaku Mensah (DKM), and Yaw Amoafo, accusing them of making false, malicious, and reckless allegations against GNASSM executives. The lawsuit seeks an apology and GH₵500,000 damages per defendant, and demands a court order to stop the defendants from making further defamatory comments, as well as covering legal fees.
