EU's Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (EPCA) aims to strengthen ties with Uzbekistan by providing a modern and ambitious framework for political dialogue, rule of law, justice, human rights, trade, and sustainable development. The agreement, concluded in summer 2022, will promote a favorable business and investment environment and is currently being prepared for signature and entry into force.
