Chitungwiza Municipality in Zimbabwe terminated a deal with Wistmer Investments, owned by clergyman Walter Magaya, to fund a master plan project due to divisions among council members, officials, and residents. The municipality will now independently finance the project, reducing its cost from $600,000 to $180,000, and awaiting a government response on extending the initial deadline of June 30th.
