MG, a Chinese-owned car manufacturer, plans to expand its line-up in Australia with a mid-sized passenger car, the MG7, and a three-row SUV. The seven-seat SUV, likely a rebadged RX9 from fellow SAIC Motor brand Roewe, is expected in Australia soon, with the MG7 due by late 2024 or early 2025. As part of its significant expansion into more expensive vehicle segments, MG aims to launch models across various price points by 2027.
