California lawmakers have proposed two $10 billion bond measures for November's ballot, with one focusing on climate programs and the other on public school building and repair projects. The climate bond will invest in safe drinking water, wildfire resilience, and sea-level rise adaptation; the school bond will allocate $8.5 billion to K-12 schools and $1.5 billion to community colleges.
