Bromsgrove councillor Kyle Daisley found guilty of gross misconduct for posing as a woman on social media.
Bromsgrove councillor Kyle Daisley, a former chairman of Worcestershire County Council, was found guilty of gross misconduct for posing as a woman on social media to exchange explicit images with multiple men. Daisley, a special constable, claimed his actions were "in jest" but a Warwickshire Police misconduct panel found him guilty of breaching standards of professional behaviour in respect of honesty and integrity.
