Allianz Asia Pacific launched #SHEsecures, a program promoting gender equality, inclusion, and diversity in the insurance industry, on 25 June 2024. The initiative aims to create an inclusive workplace, providing women with tailored product offerings, enhanced networking opportunities, and specialized training to address unique challenges they face in the industry. To celebrate the launch, 60 women representatives from Allianz's tied agency distribution in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand gathered.
