81-year-old Wilma Bradish from South Huntingdon Township died in a two-car accident in Ligonier, Westmoreland County, after her vehicle crossed the center line, hitting a Jeep Wrangler. Cause of death was ruled as blunt-force trauma to the chest, and the incident is currently under investigation by the Ligonier Valley Police Department. The driver of the other vehicle's injuries are unknown.
