12-year-old Wisconsin Girl Scout Aspyn Osse was honored with the Girl Scouts' National Lifesaving Medal of Honor for quickly recognizing her grandmother's severe dehydration and low blood sugar symptoms. Aspyn called her mother on FaceTime and followed her advice to call 911 and get her grandfather. She then applied ice packs on her grandmother and poured water down her shirt, preventing her from going into septic shock and organ failure.
