4-year-old English bulldog named Babydog, owned by West Virginia Governor Jim Justice, has made a surprise appearance in a mural at the state Capitol. The mural, featuring historic West Virginia scenes, now includes the dog sitting between a banjo player and an artist painting Seneca Rocks. Babydog previously appeared in the Capitol during the governor's State of the State address in 2022.
