Last seen in the Brynamman area, Carmarthenshire, police urge locals to check sheds and outbuildings and request anyone who may have seen him or his brown Dacia Duster (index CP66 OCH) on the A474 towards Pontardawe to report sightings. Charles is 5'8", stocky, has short grey hair and a white beard, walks with a limp, and may have a plaster on the back of his head.
