38-year-old Anthony Jacob Fritz, a Hagerstown MVA employee, was arrested for threatening to bomb the Maryland Vehicle Administration (MVA) building, leading to a search by the Office of the State Fire Marshal Bomb Squad and a K9 explosive detection team. No explosives were found. Fritz was charged with making a threat of mass violence and arson threat, and a search at his home found 26 guns and 67 containers of ammunition.
