A fatal multi-vehicle collision involving a black Tesla and an overturned Honda Civic occurred on the Pomona (60) Freeway, resulting in one woman's death and injuries to two others. The incident happened at 3:07 a.m. on the eastbound freeway at South Lemon Avenue, east of Fairway Drive. The California Highway Patrol closed the freeway's eastbound lanes for several hours and diverted traffic to Fairway.
