Finishing touches are being made at the new Saratoga Sober Center on Route 66, designed to house individuals struggling with substance abuse who are ready to move forward. Founder of Wings of Freedom, Pastor Dixie Pebworth, who once served 6 years in prison, is now helping others put their pasts behind them. The center aims to restore lives of those exiting prison, drug/alcohol addiction, and homelessness.
