Katsina State Hisbah Board seized 142 cartons of alcohol in a crackdown on immoral behavior and indiscipline. The Hisbah agency, led by Commander Dr Aminu Usman, arrested two women for the fourth time on charges of loitering and immoral conduct. Usman urged parents, teachers, and community leaders to boost efforts in instilling discipline and good morals among youths.
