Japan's antitrust watchdog plans to issue a warning to Toyota Motor Corp. subsidiary, Toyota Customizing & Development Co., for forcing about 50 subcontractors to store auto parts molds without paying the costs. The company admitted to violating the subcontract law. The Japan Fair Trade Commission also suspects the company returned over 50 million yen worth of parts to suppliers without valid reasons.
