The ship will participate in SMEEs, cross-deck visits, community engagement, sports, and a Maritime Partnership Exercise (MPX)/PASSEX with the Bangladesh Navy. The visit strengthens the friendship and cooperation between India and Bangladesh, aligning with India's SAGAR policy. The ship's upgrade features indigenous state-of-the-art weapons and sensors, reflecting India's focus on Aatmanirbharta.
