Greater Sudbury city partners with CNIB and an accessibility panel to enhance transit services for visually impaired residents, with changes to GOVA Transit bus stops.

Greater Sudbury city partners with the Canadian National Institute for the Blind and an accessibility advisory panel to improve transit services for visually impaired residents. This summer, 1,090 GOVA Transit bus stops will undergo changes, including standardised colour, size, and design, larger bus stop numbers, and QR codes leading to the My Bus app for real-time tracking, trip planning, and updates. Users can also contact 311 or visit transit kiosks for assistance.
