Dubai's Executive Council approved the Foreign Direct Investment Development Programme, aiming to attract Dh650 billion of investments to the city by 2033. Dh25 billion will be designated over 10 years in direct support of Dubai's plans to become one of the world's top three economies by 2033. The programme is part of the vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum.
