26 dogs rescued from Bexar County home, owner arrested for animal cruelty in one of the worst cases.
26 dogs were rescued from a home in Bexar County after neighbors reported mistreatment and rats around the property. Deputies found Michael Moore, the homeowner, living in deplorable conditions with dogs covered in feces. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office described this as one of the worst animal cruelty cases they have encountered. Moore was arrested for animal cruelty and taken to Bexar County Jail.
