Foundation for Future London reveals 13 council-run community spaces closed in Brent between 2018-2023, with 1,758 community spaces currently open in London. Brent had the highest number of closures and only four new openings. The Empowering Safer Spaces campaign, in partnership with Westfield Stratford City, seeks to understand young people's perceptions of current community spaces and start a discussion with the government, companies, and academics on the importance of community spaces.
