The Obsidian Dark Beer Festival, organized by Tom Madden, aims to support the local hospitality industry during winter. Festival-goers enjoyed 28 dark beers and a positive experience, with one brewer, Joe Belfrage, collaborating with Federation University to create a cherry stout and a blood orange porter.
