35-year-old woman pedestrian died in a hit-and-run involving a blue VW Golf R in Thorpe Lane, Middleton, Leeds. A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, while a 31-year-old man was arrested for assisting an offender. Both suspects remain in custody. West Yorkshire Police are seeking witnesses and dashcam footage.
